Reporting Requirements

The Yawkey Foundation requires every grantee to submit a final report by the date indicated on the grant notification letter. Reports are submitted via the Yawkey Foundation online system, and grantees will receive an email link to the reporting site sent by the Yawkey Foundation prior to the grant expiration. The reports will require details on the qualitative and quantitative results of the grant, observations on lessons learned in the course of the project/initiative, future plans for sustaining/building upon the project or initiatives’ purpose and impact, and any press or news media mentions. A financial report will also be required, to include detailed expenses and income for the project/initiative during the funding period, and how the grantee spent the specific grant funds.
