

The Yawkey Foundation's Adult Education Program provides tuition aid support to colleges and universities with successful programs that specifically serve adults/non-traditional age students and prepares them for non-sectarian career advancement or further higher education. Eligible program types include, but are not limited to, undergraduate associate, bachelor, or certificate programs. These awards of up to $50,000 per school are restricted to direct tuition aid for adult students only.
Since 2005, the Yawkey Foundation has awarded more than $2 million in adult/non-traditional education scholarships through this program to colleges and universities providing opportunities for adults, particularly single parents, to achieve their educational dreams.
